Our community offers spacious studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments with features like Bluetooth laundry, walk-out patios, and garage parking. Located just minutes from Highway 77 and 35E, Cedar Valley provides convenient access to the Twin Cities and is near shopping, dining, parks, and local attractions, including the Minnesota Zoo.

Our amenities include an outdoor pool, picnic and grill areas, and detached garages. Heat is included in rent, while residents pay for electric, water, trash, and internet/cable. Free surface parking is available, and garage parking is $50/month. We are pet-friendly, with a monthly pet rent of $35 for cats and $50 for dogs (no aggressive breeds), and a two-pet limit per apartment.
