PET POLICY

 

  • Dogs must be at least 1- year of age.
  • 1 Bedroom pet limit: 1 dog and 1 cat or only 1 dog
  • 2 Bedroom pet limit: maximum 2 pets allowed
  • Cats – $200 Upfront pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent per cat
  • Dogs – $300 Upfront pet fee and $50 month pet rent per dog
